question about hours and CEC

Hi guys, hoping someone can help me with this

So I worked a job from Jan 11, 2016 - Dec 5, 2016 for 37.5 hours a week, can I apply for PR under CEC class?

I believe it is 47 weeks and 1762 hours in total.

I know it is more hours than 1560 but I assumed that because it wasn't up to a year I won't be eligible? Am I wrong?

You are correct, you are not eligible. You need 52 weeks AND 1560 hours.
