I was just wondering how long an FBI background check is valid after you receive it? Anybody know?
Thanks in advance!
6 months if you still live in that country, indefinitely if you haven't lived in the country since the PCC was issued.

So as long as CIC receives it within 6 months of me receiving it, then it's fine? Say I received it in October 2015 and then I mailed my application March 2016, and am still living in that country, do you think I would be ok? or Should I go ahead and submit another request for a new FBI background check? (in your opinion of course

)

Is it still good for 6 months!? I got mine back in October after a 16 week wait and we mailed it in with our spousal sponsor application.... it was returned because we forgot to sign one place and finally accepted in Feb. which was 4 months! I don’t want my application rejected!! Should I get another one thru a channler or wait..... online it says they are still reviewing our application but have been sent for physical and Sent in Schedule A
