Question about Declaration of Common Law

Hello I have searched almost everywhere and I cannot find an answer. I am currently doing up the declaration of common law form and I see at the bottom it needs to be signed by either a Notary Public, Commissioner of Oaths, or Commissioner of Taking Affidavits.

Now my question is can this be signed by a Justice of Peace (JP) ? I am not sure if they are considered Notary Public
