Babies born in Canada are Canadian Citizens by birth (jus soli).

If you decide to have the baby here then you'll have to pay for the delivery it could cost anywhere from $5000 to $10000. Also incase you were wondering mothers dont automatically become Canadian citizens if their kids are born here. They'll have to wait till the kid is 18 and then the child could sponsor parents, the sponsorship process can take anywhere from 4 years to 6 years. Once you land in Canada as sponsored person then you'll have to spend 1095 days to qualify for Canadian citizenship
The baby will be a Canadian citizen and the mother will get a big hospital bill.
