Query regarding to field in passport name

just for an example my name N1 my father name is N2 and my surname is N3 now in my passport and in my IELTS score my name indicate only with N1+N3. While in my other documents like school board certificate my name is written as N1+N2+N3 is there is any problem while applying for Canada visa. And also for admission process????
