To obtain Canadian visitor visa you must meet the requirements, once you have TRV then you can move to Canada from USA,
The process of getting Canadian TRV depends upon the documents you submit and the decision will be made accordingly.
You must shows $10,000 in your bank account and strong tie ups to show that you will back once your prescribed journey finish.
