I got my invitation for CEC express entry in feb 2021. Unfortunately in April 2021, I got charged with DUI. My application was not submitted by then. It was submitted later in the month mentioning about the charge. Meanwhile I was getting my work permit extended since the decision was pending for my charge. Later in oct 2022, I was charged again with DUI. My lawyer got me conditional discharge for both cases with 2 years of driving prohibition and 2 years of probation. Now that when I submit the court disposition and my lawyer documents mentioning the conditional discharge and probation, will IRCC process my pending PR application or will it be on hold until the probation is completed. Kindly guide
