Query on work permit

I came to Canada with a visitor's visa and my spouse is having closed work permit. After coming here I applied for open work permit and I got it. Also I have started my job over here.
Now my question is am I eligible to apply for closed work permit if my company support me for LMIA approval?

My second question is if my closed work permit application rejected then can my open work permit will be valid still and I can work till my open work permit end date?

My last question is if my closed work permit application reject then within how many days I can re apply the closed work permit.

If your employer has an LMIA, you can apply for a closed work permit.

Your OWP remains valid if the closed work permit is refused.

You can reapply when you address the refusal reason.

I am on spousal open work permit. So can I apply closed work permit when I am residing Canada if my employer has an LMIA? Or I need to go outside of Canada and apply?

You can apply in Canada.

Also one more doubt I have. Can I be the primary applicant to apply for BC PNP or express entry as I have a valid job offer in BC and holding a open work permit(spousal).

Generally how long does it take to get the PR if I apply with BC PNP?

Also if I apply for PR through BC PNP and the processing time is more than my open work permit(spousal) validity then can I apply for WP extension? Or ideally I would like to understand if PR is in process and my WP validity is going to end then what is the possible(legal) way to stay back in Canada considering my spouse WP is not extending.

Check the processing times.

Whether you would qualify for a work permit extension depends on your nomination.
