Query on Police Certificate

Hi,

I have a query regarding my police certificate. I lived in 'X' country for two years, then I returned to my home country. I have a police certificate from 'X' country dated 2016. Now, I am applying for express entry (2017). Do I need to take police certificate again although I haven't been there again.

Ideally you don't need a new one as CIC website says that the PCC should be issued after you last visited the country.
