Query on medicals

Hi All,

Can medicals be done for dependent at different locations ? If yes, any idea how the results of medicals will be linked in emedicals ?

Here is my case:
As my wife is carrying right now, I plan to do our medicals in Chicago. The reason being only in certain locations, chest x-rays are done with lead apron for pregnant women. Later after the baby takes birth, we plan to do baby's medical in Seattle as it is in drivable distance from our current location. In this case, how our applications will be linked with baby's medical results if done at different locations ? Do we get any IME number after medicals ? Any guidance/suggestions are appreciated.

I think we only gave our passports to the doctor
