Query on ITA Question-Has X been working full-time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year?

I am currently staying in canada and an inland applicant of PR under CEC class . I got my ITA

I have a doubt regarding my express entry profile , my total Canadian work experience is 3+ years in canada . (Overall 8 including India). Below are my entry exit details:
1. 4 dec 2018 - entry to canada
2.30 oct 2021- exit from canada
3. 23 july 2023- entry to canada

Also , i recieved my latest work permit after renewal ( valid from 01 jan 2024 to 01 march 2025)

work permit 1- (04 dec 2018 to 1 nov 2021)
Work permit 2- (12 feb 2022 to 1 nov 2023)
Work permit 3 - (01 jan 2024 to 01 march 2025)

But there is one question while filing my express entry profile .
Question - has Axxxxxxxx been working full time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year ?

What should be the answer to this question in my case . I want to avail 50 points for valid job offer as i do have a valid job offer from my current employer but my current work permit is new .

Would appreciate all your help .

What type of work permit? Are you on a closed work permit with LMIA? If so, LMIA exempt or not. How long working with new employer?

Its a closed work permit, LMIA excepted and working with same employer.

Do you mean LMIA exempted. Is so, you count 50 points if you have worked for employer in Canada for at least a year. But you have ITA so deduct the 50 points.

can I answer to that question as yes so I can get 50 points?
I have worked for employer in canada for 2 + years from 2018-2021 and after that I went back to India and came back to Canada in july 2023 ( as of today it will be 9 months only)

If on a LMIA exempt permit, you can only say YES once you have one year of employment on the current work permit.
