My visa has got refusal on 7 january 2020. I have done my Bsc ( computer science ) in 2014 And msc ( maths ) in 2016. After that o worked as a maths teacher in a school from 2016-18 and as an admission counselor from 2018-19. I had applied for a business management course in canada. My sop stated my academic background , who sponsored my studies I.e. my husband nd parents, why I choose my course , why canada and what future I have after studying that. Now I have lost my jan intake because my classes started on 6 jan and I do not know what to do next. Do I have a chance to get visa on reapplying?
The reason for refusal is subsection 216(1) on purpose of visit. The visa officer stats he is sure I will not return India after my course.
Kindly help
Don't worry you can reapply for may intake....all your case depends on your whole profile? what was your IELTS score? and what Documents you attached during the filing.

Those sections could be anything, to get a better understanding order caips notes which should contain an explanation from the officer who made a decision.

To get CAIPS is a very long process, officially it cost only 5 or 6 Dollar. According to me, you are not rejected due to your course. It is a very common rejection reason which is given by the embassy to every second person. I will suggest you reapply with Justification Letter. Did You Provide Proper Financial Documents Like ITR's and CA report?

No, your ITR is not required, But ITR's of your Family Members like Husband and Inlaw play a big role to get your visa and CA report is really very important documents. Make your financial base strong so that Immigration officer can understand that you are financially strong and will surely come back to your home country after study.
