Dear friends, a query just out of curiosity, As you know that to be qualified as an Assistant Professor, you need a PhD and to be qualified as a Lecturer, you need a Masters, both are NOC 4011. My question is, what if somebody is working as a Assistant Professor with a Masters, will he be eligible? Can he claim himself as a Lecturer stating in the Letter of Explanation that as I do not have a PhD, so I am applying as a Lecturer even though my designation is Assistant Prof. One of my friend joined in a University as an Asst Prof and he has a Canadian Masters. If anybody have any idea/know such case, please reply
I work as a lecturer for about 3 and half years in BD but my msc was done on oct 2017. So the answer to the question, 'when did I qualify to practise in this noc (4011)?', should be oct 2017. Do I need an explanation letter explaining why my exp is 3 years but I became eligible to on 2017?
