Hi guys!
I have 2 doubts to clear.
1) In supplementary information- your travel application form, it was asked to mention all the trip ‘outside country of origin or residence’. In my case I am Nepali citizen living in India. And till date, I have travelled only between India and Nepal. Will it be right to check on didn’t travel since Nepal is my place of origin and India is my place of residence.

2) It’s mentioned in checklist that PCC is required from current place of residence if applicant has stayed there for more than 6 months and from place where applicant has lived maximum years of life after 18years of age. In my case, India is the place I am currently residing and spent my maximum years of life after attaining 18 years of age. So does that mean I need PCC only from India as of now as per checklist or do I need to get PCC from Nepal as well for being Nepali citizen?
Thanks n regards!

1.) In supplementary information -

List all trip you, and if applicable, your family members have taken outside your country of origin or residence in the last years(or since your 18th birthday if this was less then 10 year ago.)

You need all travels outside your county of origin or country of residence.

If you are in your country of origin list all trips you have taken outside your country of origin.

if your country of residence is other than your country of origin list all trips you have taken outside that country, even to your country of origin.

In your case list all your trips you have taken outside India to Nepal.

You don't have have to fill out the gaps between the time you did not travel or mention it in the form.

2.) Police Certificate (PCC)

From the Checklist......you need PCC from;
  1. The country where you (or they) currently live, if you have lived there for six months or more; and
  2. The country where you (or they) have spent most of your (their) life since the age of 18.
If India is the country you currently live and also the country have spent most of your life since the age of 18 years.........you must provide PCC from India.

How to get a police certificate - India
Do I need to provide a police certificate with my application for permanent residence? Yes

If you lived in Nepal after you turned 18 for more than 6 months..........will advice you provide PCC from Nepal.

How to obtain a police certificate - Nepal
Do I need to provide a police certificate when applying for permanent residence? Yes.
