Queries regarding Personal History Question 11

Hi guys,

While filling in the personal history question 11, I have the below queries:
1. For the period of unemployment, I'm filling in Name of the employer as "Not Applicable" and address as my home address at that time. Is this fine?
2. For the periods of employment, I'm filling in occupation as "Employed as <job title>". Is this how everyone has done or something else?

Or should I mention in case of employment as "Employed full time as <job title>".
Please suggest.
