It used to be that you could scrape by without French if you had enough points in other categories. To find out if that still applies or applies to you, do the self assessment at http://www.form.services.micc.gouv.qc.ca/epi/index.jsp?languageCode=en
i applied for the QSW since 2011 and im yet to recieve a CSQ. at the time i applied, french or english test was not required. earlier this year i was asked to produce more documents which i have done but i dont know if i can be considered for a waiver or still be called for an interview in order to get my CSQ.

im not sure what you mean by landed but i saw this exact post in another discussion for those already landed. that discussion is for those people who have arrived (landed) in Canada and want to share experiences and advice
please share more light on what you need ie have you applied for either the FSW or QSW? do you need advice on something or do you want to ask a question? everyone will be glad to help.

same thing that happened to me..i applied as well on 2011..few months right after i received the AOR, i was asked to present a French Diploma (i was given maximum of 6 months to provide the diploma)...then about 10 months later i received my CSQ..
We are in the same situation, I also applied in 2011, in march they requested for more documents (although I was not asked to submit any language result) which I sent and since have not heard from them.
I guess we should be expecting our CSQ soon by God's grace.
