I am interested to apply for skill worker category under AOT computer engineering.

currently i am working in Dubai from last 2 year.

My question is that ..

in which office i should send my application--Hong Kong or Monteral Canada ? Basically i am from pakistan .

2ndly how i can pay fee ? please can you elaborate about fee procedure ? bank draft ?


I dont have knowldge about french but my score are greater then their requirements. can i apply ?

i got reply from Montreal. they suggested to call directly "De l'extérieur du Québec : + 1 514 864-9191". I didn't fine out any option in this form about Computer Engineer.
