Feb AOR here, I received PCC and RPRF email today. No MR yet.

Hi,
Yes the medicals can be done upfront. I just went to the authorized clinic in my country and asked them to do medicals. Here is the link to find an authorized clinic:

I have ask my lawyer to inform CIC for my medicals and RPRF fee I paid.
I did medicals upfront because I sow some applicants get the file processed faster. Let's see what happens. Waiting for communication from Visa office.

are you inland applicant? Do we need to send medical report by ourselves or will they send it directly to cic? how it works?

Any one want to change his mailing address, He should contact cic visa office which processing his file ( Not Centralized intake office ) Through IRCC webform. If it's outside Canada, you've to select outside Canada, Then select the visa office

I have gone through the quebec immigration procedures on ots website but its very complicated if comapredto other PNP's.
My question is :
1. Is French language is mandatory to immigrate to quebec?
2. pls share the link or process to apply for CSQ.
3. how to check my eligibility for Man projects?
4. when quebec will start accepting new application?
5. any other relevant info if am want to apply for quebec CSQ.

Yes we are same time line...but after 11.mar (Aor) they started processing on 20th april after 40days..dont know when we got Landing and MR...be in touch...good luck

strange,because I didn't receive MR email,but I found MR request in my CIC account,I didn't receive RPRF request,I paid upfront.you can verify your cic account.
