That's a good questions because my E-case shows: "application Received" - and now my timeline is 100% and it shows:

"Your application is taking us longer than usual to process."

What about after Sept-24-2020? How many people applied in Oct-Nov-Dec? Do we know?

We could not know how many people applied, we only know how many Economic CSQ was issued per month:
Aug: 2063
Sep: 2651
Oct: 3104
Nov: 1893
Dec: 890
This includes all PEQ and PRTQ applicants. Lots of CSQ was issued in Aug, Sep, OCT because when PEQ reform 2.0 was announced in July, lots of people panic applied.
Keep in mind all PRTQ and PEQ applicants are treated the same at the federal level, as in "Quebec Skilled Worker".

Do they ask for medical at the end of the process or is it something random? Because I see some people get CoPR right after medical exam done and other have to redo medical exam since their first ones expire during the process.

I have to say no it's impossible, because the clinic need the letter (Same as the Biometrics). Your information will be on the letter and they need the code on it.

IRCC does mot follow any specific order these days. You might get the MR while ur background is undergoing or you might get it at the end. I have received MR on 2nd Sep while my security check is still pending and all other assessments are completed.

I applied 11-June-2020 but no AOR so far but someone received AOR for Sep'2020 application

It means there was an update on your file on 2020/11/09. You should able to find notes in the end of the ATIP notes. One of the the note specify the date of AOR letter sent. I guess every file has above entry.
Please note I am just sharing my perspective here.
