FYI there's only 8340 RP delivered since the beginning of the year.
The quota is fixed to 27700 max for this year
So no problem with quota, it seems that IRCC won't be able to reach the quota for a second year...

A lawyer's assistant told a friend last week that in qsw stream it's close to 15k this year Is 8340 mentioned somewhere or you were told by a lawyer's office? IRCC is to be blamed but I regret Quebec government not raising it's voice for immigrants it selected. It's abandonment of worst form.

Got my AOR today. But don’t how I missed to sign or date the application form. They asking for another one. Do anyone know if I need to send them original form by post or I can add the form now online as I can link my application.
Also they review all the documents and then ask for missing stuff or they stop reviewing as soon they find first miss?

I would like to share my timeline until now ( federal stage):

App received: February 2019
AOR and biometrics: April 2019
Request of Police certificates (I did not send the certificates of one of two country I lived): March 2020. I sent them a few days after the request.
Pre arrival letter: also March 2020

No medical request or any other news. 27 months since AOR. I’m outland.

Any body with similar times and PR obtain? Any hopes to get news this year?

I am expecting my first son in December, I will have to requested CSQ for him and update app at federal stage, how much time will this add to the process?

When I checked Ecas today, it finally showed "decision made!" I sent in my new passport copy through the webform recently, and this may be what got the officer to look at my application again and to finalize my application
Started the journey in June 2019. There's light at the end of the tunnel for outland applicants finally!
Does anyone know how long it takes to get PPR after DM these days?

Congratulations! It's good news for all especially outlands. I've read and heard lot about this subject. From a few minutes until two months. I think it depends on IRCC policy to Visa. Close your suitcase, it's not far.

They are not processing Outland at the moment so no one really knows.
