@ertarun @mgazi @EVA RAO @QSWINland2017 @Patience17 @niko80 and everyone, this explains a lot. I always thought about something like that but never knew it was actually the case. It’s true that they can’t receive 40K immigrants at once and provide jobs, care etc. The reality is that once their quota has been reached, regardless of the application date, we are all set aside to wait for the other intake!? Another Christmas and New Year at work !?

This does not explain the delay. If so, why aplicants are already in their 22 months and others have received their PR in 20 months

In order of who finished the race of background clearance ? But you might be right, it should have been official news or within the individual timelines.

R 10 is basically a regulation under which all the documents which are submitted are checked.

Under R10 following are checked
1. Form and content of application
2. Required information
3.Clarification
etc like family info etc.

After R10 eligibility starts and in some cases when medical is passed after R10.

i was also thinking about it too . But you see we have only member who received decision last week in 19th months. But majority of September AOR applicants i have encountered here is still waiting. if you know more people who have got their decisions before or by 20th month share with us.

i was also trying to analyze even though its one applicant what factors triggered to make a decision sooner in comparison to us. argh!! this wait game is draining man

From the timeline sheet, these applicants applied after me (June 22, 2017) and have received their DM already.

mattsfk: 15.5 months
SMS: 13.5 months
darbydd: 18 months
Madagascar1: 20.5 months
Osanam: 19.8 months
And many more...

i traveled once to the State only for 2 days and might have to travel again next month.
now i am not sure if i will get a DM by then, Can the experts advise if this travelling has to do with the delay because of secrurty check or its the Quota issue..

No i have not travelled since June 22 2017. It is not a quota issue, it is just we are not lucky

Can I be FRANK? Seriously nobody can actually tell as it is right now. The new Government (CAQ) is actually the problem but however for those of us that have CSQ as far back as 2016/2017, PPR is like 1000% sure, the only problem is when it will come because we dont know.

However if you applied through Quebec, whichever of the programme and you have your CSQ cert...trust your PPR cannot be denied except you have -VE security & background Issues.

For me...For me...and from the Infos..I have gathered..once you have your CSQ your PPR is like 99% if you dont have any derogative issues when scanning your security profile..

Document request on April 6 2019 (they asked to upload docs by June 4 2019) for new passeports(passports were set to expire in 5months) and wife updated schedule A(the first one had a 2 month gap)
Uploaded schedule A on April 10 2019
Uploaded new passports on May 20 2019
CiC gckey shows new docs received
Anyone has a reading on that?

AOR on 16th March

Upfront Medical - Submitted on 24th April Via webform, Got the confirmation of receipt, however medical results are still not updated.

I have also recently submitted my new passport copy but I do not see any message in GCkey account regarding same.
