Can someone help me understand this message from London Visa Office. I did my medical 2 days ago and submitted my police certificate to them as requested. Now they sent me this email below. Also how long until DM and/or PPR? Please someone tells me.

Medicals Passed and PCC sent as far back as August 2018.

Great to know, But the third line (though the third line might have the date next to the day you got UCI) would have been added after a few days/months of getting UCI. Can you help with that time difference?

1. Documents received on 15 November.
2. AOR on 6 February.
3. Application processing started on 6 February.

Great, so that means the processing is started the same day when you get your UCI, but you get to know this few weeks later...
