in ecas it's showing DM . still did not receive any email .

Kindly note that initially all the applications sent to the CIO Sydney thereafter these are being distributed to different VOs. Can you please confirm the following things:-
1). Are you an Inland applicant?
2). If no what is your country of residence?
3). Have you received AOR/MR?

For inland applications it is usually assigned to the Ottawa Visa office, but if your application is with Nova Scotia then i would suggest you to contact them through the Web Form.

i just got an email summary asking for the below detail

1.Schedule A - for both principal and spouse
2.Medical exam - for spouse
3.PCC from india - for my spouse

They asked to send these documents via email to CPC ottawa email id which they gave.

I can send 1 & 3 via email, but should i need to do medicals for my spouse again? Or shall i just resubmit the medical report which i got for my spouse during mar-2017? Anyone had similar situation before?

However i have submitted all these as an update to my application during Apr-2017 itself via registered mail, but didnt send these via email or online form.

I have resubmitted all the above details via email last week Friday.

When i checked today, my status changed from In Progress to Decision Made on 22nd Dec. Awaiting for PPR email.

CIC received my app on 26th Oct.

Kindly note that DM never comes in the Email it always updated on the Ecas (Link pasted below) however the PPR(Passport Request) Comes through Email.
