Hi,
I have a bit similar timeline:-
Jan 27th - AOR
March 4th - BIL
March 12th - Biometrics Completed
March 29th - Pre-Arrival Services
April 3rd - Passed Upfront Medical Exam
Final decision:-
  • April 3, 2025 Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Should i expect for P1 now?
April 24th - P1

Congrats to all of you! You guys are picking up the whole process really quickly. We waited almost 2.5 months to receive the AOR and then waited another 90 days to receive the P2 after P1. Things are moving much faster now, so don’t worry about the timing.
I waited exactly 3 months

Nice! Congrats man. Did you serve in the military?
Yes, my military record is over a hundred pages so it makes sense it's taking a while for them to verify everything (although I didn't do anything special: no combat, special missions or weird stuff, just regular duty).

Here's my timeline so far:
Application Submission: March 9th, 2025
AOR + BIL: March 13th, 2025
Biometrics Completed: March 14th, 2025

Nothing else so far, waiting. I was kinda hoping that I would've gotten the pre-arrival letter or the medical request so far since it seems like you get those within a month after AOR and BIL.
Some updates to my original timeline:

Pre-Arrival Services Letter: April 18th, 2025
Medical Exam Request: April 22nd, 2025
Medical Exam Done: April 23rd, 2025
Medical Exam Passed on GCKey: April 26th, 2025

Your timeline looks really good.
I am stuck, after the AOR and BIL on March 6, I haven't received anything else. I wonder if it's because I am outland. Hoping to see things move soon.

I think they might be prioritizing inland applications at the moment. I also read on some old threads that apparently PEQ has priority processing on the IRCC side over PRTQ

Hi Everyone,

I have a question, an i am waiting for P2 and right now as my Status is single, what if i Inform IRCC that my status has been changed from Single to Common Law Partner, Would it delay my PR Process and How and what what things i have to submit for my Partner?
Please help me.
Thank You
