I was told I have high blood pressure, I paid for the express service and a copy of my results (will take 2 days) I asked if it will cause a problem and they said it should be fine so long as there is no serious underlying issue causing it and that most people read higher pressure at the hospital due to stress.
I received my AOR via my linked accounts, some people never get an AOR, some get them right at the end, they don't really mean anything. So long as your documents are valid and they have received them you should be ok. call them if you are worried.
Yeah , but i forgot to attach my language result when applied for pr, and I saw their videos and read that if I am gonna send incomplete application they are going to return it, so that’s why little worried because they are going to return after keeping me waiting for long time .

You need to check your eligibility first on the website of CANADA IMMIGRATION there is a counting system that can help you do so.
If you fit it and you are indeed eligible you can apply directly on the website.
But it is a lot of work, and documentations. If you're not sure how, read a lot online or watch YouTube videos.
Just so you know in my experience, when ever I hear a story about someone's application getting rejected, or a person having to leave the country due to immigration complications, its nearly always down to them doing it all by themselves and getting the paperwork wrong.
