I understand its a bit personal, but since its been a long wait for me i would like to know when my document would start processing. Ive received my selection certificate on August 2016 but i am still waiting for any update since then..

What's your visa office? If you do not know then from where did you send your application?
When did your application reach Sydney?

Just received mine second notes ...you bet they are same as previous one so no body bothered to touch my file it seems...

I know APPNOV2014NY will hyperventilate when I say this, but I do not see DM coming for end of Oct-start of Nov 2016 applicants before the year ends

I totally concur on this .... There is definitely some program level delays which is not being made clear ... Week after week people are " anticipating -rain , tsunami and what not of DM/PPR" with their myriad speculations for delays ..., to be honest I don't expect things moving smoothly till early next year... CIC website is giving 13 months guidelines but they have clearly breached or barely able to meet that numbers...

Congrats @Yuena ( App received on 6th Oct 2016) on DM today (4th Nov 2017).

@peq people. Please note that Yuena got her DM in 13 months even though she got her CSQ via PEQ.

I was told that the surge of refugees starting from the end of 2016 delayed the qsw processing ...

Hello everyone..

We are a couple from Lebanon, got our CSQ in August 2016, our file was received by CIC on September 14th 2016, we passed the medicals on December 21st 2016. In our GCMS notes dating 27-09-2017, we had passed the medicals in December, eligibility and criminality in March 2017 and our Security started in March.
We are still stuck in the Security Screening ( sent a fax to CSIS on the 25th of September and still waiting to hear from them)

14 months in the process so far.. VO Paris.
