i am trying to link my application with MyCIC account. How do I do this? I tried with my details on MyCIC. But it says application not found.

I know its kinda awkward to ask this question, but maybe someone here may enlighten me about my circumstance. I'm on a PGWP and bought a truck on loan 6 months ago. Now, because I cant find a decent fulltime job in Montreal, I called my bank to surrender my vehicle. According to my research, when the bank repossess the vehicle, they will try to sell it on an auction and the bank will sue me to pay the remaining balance. Now, my question is, will this affect my PR application? Will I be "inadmissable?" I asked my agent who is working on my application and said, it wont affect my application. Does anyone here heard or know someone who had similar problem before? Thanks for your response.

It is not normal for you not to have received an AOR by now.
I believe you can contact CIC at 1-888-242-2100 if you are in Canada

Also , I waited for my PCC till 6 months to gather all PCCs. Which took me almost 7 months to mail final application

It might screw up your credit report but should not impact your PR processing as it's not a criminal offense. Please post in this forum and see if you get better response:

What does it mean if the CIC sent a request for a criminal record of the applicant for the time in Canada....it is positive or negative?

It's not negative. It just means that direct RCMP Screening did not return a match or returned multiple matches and CIC now wants you to submit fingerprints to RCMP so that RCMP can generate your report for CIC.

Am I required to inform (by email or sending hard copies of medical acknowledgement )cic that I am done with my medical examination or it should be notified by my doctor itself once she upload my record on cic.

Can you please check "Medical Request" email you received for instructions? Mine had following text ( check text in bold). After taking medical exam, I replied back to the "Medical Request" email with scanned "Medical Information Sheet" as attachment.I received acknowledgement of receipt from Immigration Officer within 50 minutes. It was not an automated reply. It was sent by a real person.

Dear XXXXXXXXX,

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:

XXXXXX - XXXXXXX :

Ø Medical exam: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination. This must be received at this office by: 2017/09/14

You must send us the requested information by email within 30 days from the date of this letter.

In my case, after completing the medical request, i didnt do anything, doctor sent my medical report after 2 weeks, as soon as CIC receive the report, they updated the status in 2 days. Sending email is optional.
