Everyone on this forum (QSWP) should be enlighten by the fact till now that don't compare with EE ;-)..i think we need to compare this program with H&C applicants or some other programs like caregivers which have 22 months and other timelines...

One question: Does our PR (got through Quebec Skilled Worker) allow us to live in other provinces without restrictions?
I heard recently someone say that some PRs (obtained through provincial programs) have geographical restrictions.. I've never heard this before. And I can't find anything about this subject online. I think this person must be confused. But I would like to check with you guys first. Do you know anything about this?

Once you have PR you are free to go anywhere in canada ... but remember you have signed "Intent to Reside in Quebec" ,same thing for other province if they have nominated person he/she is expected to stay and contribute in growth of province ...

There is no clear answer. You have signed a form to show that you will live in Quebec. If you live here for a long time and finally find that you can't find a job or can't support your life. I think the Quebec government will understand you even they don't hope you leave. But for the people, who get the PR through CSQ, go to another province directly, having no stay in Quebec or a short stay here. For these people, maybe they will meet some troubles in the future. Right now, I have not heard any people who were canceled PR because of living in another area. But there are some news from the government that they will take action.....I know many CSQ applicants only think Quebec as the bridge to Toronto or Vancouver....they only stay here one or several days, then leave directly, after landing here

Although EE is federal, you need to sign that you will not live in Quebec if you are here now. Therefore, EE belongs to every province without Quebec.Compared with other provinces who have both fast and slower methods to get the PR, CSQ, the only way of Quebec, is surely not the fast one.

PR is a PR. You are free to move around the country as you wish. CIC has neither means nor jurisdiction to restrict your movements. You have however made a promise "in good faith" to settle in QC.

I did Medical in May 2017. and Yesterday (6th Sep 2017), it says "Medical Passed". Any idea how long will take to get the PPR\DM now ? I sent application in Nov 2016, my AOR was in Feb 2017 and Medicals in May 2017. Many thanks
i have few doubt
1) in my CSQ point No.12 - classification nationale des professions is mentioned as 2132 , ingenieurs mecaniciens , in my PR application what should i mention in present occupation and intended occupation. i am mechanical engineer graduate . my current designation in my company is PROJECT LEAD ( for NC programming domain) it is ok to mention Project lead as current occupation or CNC programmer or mechanical Engineer
2) and in point No. 17 bureau federal it is mentioned as BVC de BUFFALO , what it means
We received your application for permanent residence on December 23, 2016.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 27, 2017.
We started processing your application on February 27, 2017.
Medical results have been received.
We sent you correspondence on June 13, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
Processing of my application started when they acknowledged receipt of my application. I do find it slightly odd that you haven't received this message since AOR. Maybe another member of this conversation can give you insight if they have been in the same situation. If not, then if I were you I would call CIC to find out and order GCMS notes.
