Application Transferred to New Delhi office on 2nd October, 2016
RPRF payment on 6th October, 2016
Medial Request on 22nd Dec 2016.
Medical Received on 11th Jan, 2017.
Since then I am waiting for Decision Made status and PPR

They must be doing a batch, because I got passport request just now also. My CIC login still says 'We are processing your background check.' and 'Your application is in progress.'.

19th July RFRP requested
25th July Medical requested
End of July Medical received
Passport request: April 6th

This suggests that the 13 month timeline is about accurate

my application in GCKey system was for 3 weeks on march "we are processing your background check" and after that from 29 march my background check is Not Applicable.
