Hi, raja, it seems there is a bug in the processing time system. When did you call them? I guess they talked to us based on the flawed system. Another probability is they truely changed the processing time but haven't updated the website. Hopefully, the fact is the previous one.

Exactly there is an error as I have also checked it will show only 3 months if you check the QSW time right after checking the care givers processing time. So its definate an error.

In the pp request do you have to send additional photos, update schedule A, fill a passport submission form and when sending to the VO, do you have to include a legal size return envelop/airway bill?
