Hi guys, this is my timeline after getting csq:

Any idea on when should I expect to receive medical exam instruction letter?

Not yet. Probably they are quite slow now a days.
I applied on august 28th and just received my AOR and invitation for biometrics today.

I’m also an outland applicant.
I submitted my PR application on June 3, 2024, and received the AOR on July 25, 2024. On October 3, I received the Pre-Arrival Letter.
I think our progress is the same.
It’s been almost two months since I received the Pre-Arrival Letter, and there hasn’t been any further progress.
I have a question..
I am on close work permit in Quebec, I have got my CSQ through VJO... Have received acknowledgment of receipt for permanent application through Quebec Skillet worker program, Gresham is now my employer is asking me to leave in next 15 days as the project has gone so I'm very worried so if it going to affect my permanent residency file ??if I lose the job and or if I can convert my closes work permit to open work permit through bridge work permits ??
Plz advise

Firstly, sorry to hear that.
VJO won't affect anything on the federal stage; it’s mostly for the CSQ. Since you have already received the AOR, you don't need to worry much.
As for your second question: yes, you can do that.
[This is what in the Official Website]
If you applied for permanent residence as a Quebec skilled worker
Who can apply
To be eligible for a BOWP, you must
- live in Canada and intend to live in Quebec
- You can leave Canada while we process your application.
- However, if you leave Canada after your work permit expires, you can’t work until your new application is approved.
- hold a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ)
- be the principal applicant on your permanent residence application
- have passed a completeness check for permanent residence
- either

Congrats! We have almost the exact same submission dates. Mine was September 6th, still waiting for AOR, should be coming soon hopefully. Our timelines should be very similar down the road.

There's only this thing that I found weird, I didn't receive biometrics request, and the one I did in the past is linked in my IRCC account. Is this normal?

Biometrics can come with AOR but it’s not always the case. Sometimes it’s a separate communication. Totally normal I would say.
