I received an E-mail from IRCC to submit my passport at VFS. They mentioned that I should inform them about any changes regarding my marital status and also related health changes. I did a plastic surgery few months ago that might changed my face a bit. But it was cosmetic surgery so it had no effect on my health. Should I still inform them about that?!

I got CSQ on August 18, 2023. Then federal stage was submitted in September 14, 2023. I gave biometrics on October 11, and I received pre arrival letter in December 1,2023.
I am currently waiting to receive medical test request. It's taking too much time and I getting worried if sth bad may happen. Anyone has any idea how much time does it take to receive medical?

Guys I have been ghosted after sending my biometrics on 17th of Jan 2024.

Anyone knows if I need to get my medical test done without receiving any updates. Or should I wait ?
