I guess you are PEQ-Worker class right? I think Quebec already checks your NOC.
Federal only checks medical and security when it comes to Quebec.

It should be CoPR if they are done with background check. There is no fixed time frame and it's random. Though if we see the recent trend, some get CoPR within a week after medical passed. For instance, in few cases who passed medical exam on September 15 & 16 got their CoPR by September 19 to 23.
Mine was passed on September 15 and still waiting.

I have received a corresponding email asking for some documents regarding my PR application and at the bottom of the email there are some important reminders as follows:
IMPORTANT REMINDERS (AGENT INCLUDE THOSE THAT APPLY TO CLIENT):



- MEDICALS: You and your dependents are required to be medically examined, if you did not do so already, please visit the office of a Panel Physician to undertake your medical examination as soon as possible. is this means that I should make the medical exam or I should receive another email with the IMM1017 form?
