I saw the posts in this forum that Oct/Nov 2018 applicants are receiving updates.
CSQ received under PEQ: Oct 2018
Upfront medi
Application sent to Federal stage: Nov 2018
AOR: Feb 2019
Biometrics request for spouse: Feb 2019
Pre-arrival invitation: Feb 2020
(Inland applicant- Sydney office)
Guys, please make me feel better. Give some hopes
On a lighter note - this thread is mostly thronged by hopeless people.
Just look at plight of July 2019 people onwards, that would give you bit of solace.
For you things would be finalized soon 'hopefully'.
Almost there. All the best.

applicants of the world, unite! You have nothing to lose but your god damn stupid processing time!
26 month and our security check has not been started yet....our medical will be expired in a few days.....I'm waiting for my permit extension and I will lose my insurance card in a few days....They put us in the dark and they do nothing....
What a beautiful life....
Yes Canada is a kind country....

Sorry to hear but a minor correction - for ails of Quebec we can't blame Canada. Rest of Canada has EE which has worked seamlessly during pandemic also. Quebec exacerbated the plight of it's wannabe permanent residents by choking quota and the domino effect rolled over to IRCC and the scapegoats caught in this churning are people who chose Quebec instead of rest of Canada.
Hope things turn out well for you soon. Almost there. All the best.

I have completed my 26 month federal stage process and haven't received MR yet. I wish they would atleast tell us the approximate delay with the process rather making a blanket statement and keeping our lives in lurch.

My timeline is exactly the same as yours and they didn't even start my security check yet (I call them and ask it every single week)
I have the impression that they've simply skipped November applications since there's a bunch of applicants from August, October, December 2018, and even Jan ,Fev and March 2019 receiving their CoPRs while November 2018 Applicants remain in limbo. I'm super upset about it...
Sorry, I wish I could give you some good news but unfortunately I have none
Hi did you get any mail after the decision was made. I gave my medicals on 10th sept. Just curious. Thanks.
Received a letter by email confirming everything.
