I'm not sure what you mean by premium processing. (Like a sign from premier Legault on the CSQ?) As per the posts in this forums all candidates with AORs applied before July 2019. So if you submit this month you can expect AOR not before Dec 2021 (yes 2021). That is if we start seeing applicants from July 2019 receiving AORs, if not then i do not think anybody has any answers for the million $ questions "when can i expect anything regarding QSWP".

I think Police certs are valid for min of 6months to 1 year depending on the country. But i'm not 100% sure. The application guide does mention to send application with police certificates to avoid delay. So its upto the individual whether to reduce the delay with his application by incuding it before hand.
:) Lol. Thanks for your time and response.
Remarks on CSQ document says premium processing. So wondering does that help in federal processing.

Do you mean "Prioritaire" or "Premium" ?

I know many incuding me who got "prioritaire OEV" and "prioritaire dans le domain de formation" on thier CSQs. Some got prioritaire of something else. I guess it is regarding thier NOC codes.

Not sure if it all means anything with Federal processing as it was for processing CSQ.

I like the premier Legault analogy. My cousin in Quebec calls him Supreme Commander Lego. No one knows the csq code inside closed envelopes piled up and waiting for Lego to announce the yearly quota.

Just curious as to police cert. if the files haven't been opened since July 2019 don't they expire? Better to provide them whenever they ask for it in few years.
Oh are we doing nicknames? I have some namely for my two favourite ministers: Francois LeDroite and Simon Jolin BARFette! :D

As for the priority processing remarks on the CSQ, they don't mean jack shit. It's present on the CSQ of everyone who gets it via PEQ but we are clearly being shown how much of a priority we are

Those are the best nicknames I have come across yet .
We thought of csq as the biggest hurdle for PR in Quebec, but things as they are shaping up now, courtesy these two blokes, it's an exercise not worth the continual stress and anxiety especially during this tough and uncertain pandemic crisis.

Hi,

I have received 2 days back the CSQ for my child. I started with the add up process and paid the fees in June 2020. I thought this would take like forever due to the covid 19 and everything, I believe they have started looking into the files. I am into the 21st month and I do hope late 2018 and early 2019 applicants would hear some gd news soon.
I am not sure about calling up again new police certificates when they get expired as I have read some posts for few applicants that got a final decision while their police certificates were expired. I hope they won’t ask me and my spouse to have them renewed as we have lived in diff cities in Middle East, North Africa and Europe and having some of them renewed would cost some money. Good Luck to all of you...

If it expires after AOR it doesnt make sense asking for it again unless you were not in canada during the process. Makes sense if they ask for canadian police cert but not for the countries you lived in the past as they already certified you of no criminal conduct previously.

I hope this is what is happening really.

My CSQ also has priority remark because of my profession (NOC domain) and I am in my 22th month.

It does not seem that they are giving priority to the people who has this remark written on their CSQ documents.

Hi, Guys... I have.a question if someone knows better.
After getting my CSQ this summer, I sent my PR application in AUG 2020, but at that time I wasn't able to get one Police Certificate from my home country due to covid, as it could take many months, I sent the application without it and attached letter\receipts of my efforts for obtaining it.
Now I got the police certificate, so should I just send the original to the same address where I posted my application, if yes, what reference number or anything should I attach to it?
Or should I wait for them to first open my case, and give me some file number and ask for police certificate and then should i send it?
Thanks in advance.

Sorry to disappoint you - Going by the current pile up at IRCC (close to 30000 files unopened) I doubt if your file would be opened up before next year end.
However you can call them to get an XEP number which is a temporary number just to reassure you that they have your file - similar to your postal receipt. Probably you can post it with your XEP number so that they can stack it with your original envelope.
All the best.
