Medical passed 21 July 2020.
Actually I forgot to contact IRCC after wife changed job. Because she was laid off due to covid and got new job after a month. So kind of forgot updating CIC with that.

Yes, I did it immediately with a clinic that I could find taking appointments.

There are speculations about prearrival letter that could mean DM is near, but some applicants received it before MR.
I don't think it's a very important step!

I found some data related to the processing of the applications, it doesn't mean much but at least it gives us a picture of how fast they are working on our applications.
so This is grant PR until end of May 2020 by numbers under Quebec Skilled worker category (PEQ, REG):
Jan: 1585
Feb: 1365
Mar: 960
Apr: 120
May: 350
Total: 4380
and total of 9580 PR granted so far in Quebec by end of May 2020
and This is the number for 2019 grant PR under same category in 2019:
Jan: 645
Feb: 890
Mar: 1410
Apr: 1215
May: 1180
Total: 5340
Just to mention that in 2019 they granted 19100 PR under QSW and 40565 under all Quebec Immigration programs.

I dont know in what pattern they are working on files. I feel like a bunch of files are assigned to freshers and to some seniors. Freshers eagerly complete their files and seniors take their own sweet time. Its still a mystery. Its not that my file is simple to check. I had travels to many countries.

Congratulations niki and ur wife as well. Do u know why ur case is done faster than others? You or your wife working in essential jobs for covid or something ?
