Its all luck that few get it in 12-15 months and the others not even in 21 months. .. Just received an update for my June query which was submitted through web form. Weirdly it was phrased differently. The response is:

Good day,

Your enquiry has been received.

Your application is awaiting the review of an officer.

Notification will be sent in due course.

And another thing that it didnt come from CSC do not reply but the sender was

Centralized-Intake-Office <[email protected]>
