As we know that the requirement for french was changed on Aug13. Minimum UPPER intermediate level FRENCH language proficiency (from Aug 1 2013).. like passing DLEF B2 exam (with required marks of 16/25 in Listening and Speaking and overall minimum 50/100) is needed.
My question to all the Quebec students out there, is it possible to learn French from scratch during the 2 year study. I got admission in MEng course in Software Engineering. I know some people are exceptional but in general what is the time needed to achieve this milestone.
Whats is the easiest way to clear this level ? Will it be more easy if try to clear this with university courses ? Appreciate if I can get any guidance on this topic.
i want to apply under qubec skilled worker program. i have done BS Computer Scinec(4 years bachalor) .
will authority consider it equivalent to Computer Engineer ( 4 years bachlor) and award me 12 points
