few got PCC too.

We dont have details of CSQ requests for him in the tracker, so I dont know what happened in his csse.

End result is almost All QC applicants are waiting.

as per my understanding QC increasing # of applicant for year 2020 is for issuing CAQ and CSQ. that have nothing to do with Applicant already got CSQ and CAQ.

Quebec can simply control by issuing CAQ and / OR CSQ to reach Quota. how MIFI after issuing CSQ and CAQ MIFI advise IRCC not to issue visa for QC applicant?
Quebec Quota will related to how many # of CSQ and CAQ issued. Correct?

Example>> if parents got Visa in 2019 does not mean they will arrive in 2019 . many will come in 2020. how QC will count Quota ?

• Applicant Arrival Date in Quebec?
• CIC Visa issue date OR PR card?
• # of CSQ / CAQ issue / year?

As I see it, the quota is for adimission (PR issued), doesn't really mean it has to be as same as CSQ/CAQ issued. Or more like a paper pushing

in that case PGP-2019 Applicant suppose to get medical like other province . that have nothing to do with adimission (PR issued). i dont know why CPC-M not sending Medical for QC applicant.

Medical, police clearance request: 13 October 2019

I sent the CSQ application package but I did a mistake. I added CIC AoR letter. I realized this mistake when I received CIC actual sponsorship approval letter that I was supposed to add with my CSQ application but it was too late then. I did send this CIC letter later-on hoping they would add this letter to my application package. I did wrote my File Number and individual reference number so that they can easily add my letter to the application. I called them at-least 5 times since then but they are unable to confirm if they received my actual letter. However, they added a note on my profile that I have sent the actual letter.
Please suggest if I can do something else to reach out to MIDI.

CSQ AoR means the day when MIDI received my CSQ application. They received whole package of application on October 1st, 2019. I was supposed to add "CIC Sponsorship approval" letter in that application package. Unfortunately, I added "CIC AoR letter".

MIFI will return your application without processing if you not added Sponsorship approval letter .
Call MIFI to get your CSQ file reference number if MIFI not return file they suppose to issue AoR for CSQ application.

MIDI has issued me AoR for CSQ application on October 1st. I have CSQ file reference number on that AoR letter. Also, they have taken processing fee from my credit card. So, Does this mean they are okay with the letter I provided them ??
