I have a question regarding form A-0520 of the person who is sponsored. Must we send the original form? Has anyone submitted the photocopy form? Thanks.

Section 6 (page 5) of D0505F (Guide du parrainé - Catégorie du Regroupment familial) says:

Vous pouvez le remplir directement à l’écran (PDF dynamique) et l’imprimer par la suite, ce qui facilitera la lisibilité de votre demande.
Après avoir rempli ce formulaire, vous devez le retourner le plus rapidement possible, par la poste ou par télécopieur, à la personne qui vous
parraine (votre garant ou garante).

My understanding is that photocopy should be accepted. But in the list of the documents, it asks for original. A bit confusing...

I am new to this thread and really need you expertise.
My question is my wife is on medical sick leave because of injury which would not permit her to do the same job as she was doing before so company give her option to go for sick leave and come back when it get fixed .She is still on her company payroll but temporarly off .She is paying every month to keep the group insurance active which is offered by employers to all the employees. she is receiving monthly income from the Private plan which is 60% of her monthly income.( I mean Insurance which is offered by employers to all the employees).
To sponser my parents as Permenent Resident (PR) I want to add her my co-sponser. If i add her than i am eligible to sponser. But my concern is .........if quebec accept sick income as income(which is not taxable income).
Can anyone please advise me.

Yesterday Nov 5th I called MIFI, on phone they confirm that my CSQ was issued and I will get it soon by post mail and today Nov 6 I got my CSQ.
