I want to submit a application for CSQ, however, I am not sure which area of training my degree would fall under. I have a bachelors in Aviation Management and I am not certain if I could apply under the Aeronautics engineering or Business management? I have also gained aviation work experience in Montreal for 11 months with this degree.
Any one who recently got file number without "French exam" results? My work experience point will reduce if I wait to get my results. I have registered for the test for August. Can I send my file and complement it with my French results afterwards?

Please help me with this confusion. Quebec skilled worker immigration has reached its cap limit but this cap doesn't apply under certain cases. I would like to know if this cap applies to me or not.
I am living in Montreal since 4 years. I did Masters from McGill university and I am currently working in Montreal on a Post Graduate Work permit since 13 Months.
Am I considered a "temporary resident eligible to apply for CSQ" ? and does that mean the cap doesn't apply to me?
