Dear Brothers/ Sisters
As per new law Beginning August 1st, 2013 can I apply to Quebec Immigration with French Test TCFQ result as A1, A2 result? A1, A2, B1 has 0 points. FYI with 0 French point my point comes as 59! But the question is can I apply with A1, A2, B1 in TCFQ or have to score B2 at minimum? Information given in the Qubec site is not that clear.
Please help. Thanks.
You should apply French test although that doesn't give you points, but that gives you chance for updating your French test in 12-18 months.

I have totally 56 points to claim for a CSQ. Meanwhile, I have been going for A1 and A2 classes at present. Should i have to improve my french skills beyond B1 or is A2 enough?
