I am Sohel Sarfaraz Abbasi, would like to migrate to Canada with Quebec Skilled workers category, need your vital help with the same. I am aware of the http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/ web site but still have some doubts and questions below.
1) Can anyone explain the whole Quebec Immigration Process (Means Stages for clear understanding) ?
2) Can i file for immigration without any consultancy help ?
3) I am from India where i have to send the Application ?
4) What they expect more in the application to issue the Quebec certificate ?
5) With relevant documents can i send my professional qualifications documents with the application ?
6) Is it possible to claim 0 points in french language if i am scoring the minimum points for eligibility ?
7) If yes french is mandatory then can i directly appear for DELF B2 examination or i have to go step by step like (A1, A2, B1, B2) ?
8.) Can they consider my Masters degree in (IT) from Open university which is in distance mode ?
As per my profile.
I did B.TECH (CSE) Regular + MBA (IT) Distance mode from India, and having several years of professional work experience as Sr. Network Engineer.
I am married with one child. As per my wife's qualification she is just 10TH passed.
