we have to land in quebec as an immigrant on PR Visa for first time .

Does Quebec provides health care coverage to pregnant women from day one ..
Can u please guide me

I think it is three months before you are able to get health care coverage in Quebec - it is the same in Ontario, New Brunswick and British Columbia.

I think you can buy an insurance for your spouse before you get governmental one (not sure how it works in Quebec though =(.
But pregnancy itself will not be covered by those kind of insurances.
