I need to know,
What are the chances for a person having 2+ years of experience in Quebec and applied through CEC channel to get PR?
I know that Quebec experience in valid as a Canadian experience and if we intend to settle outside Quebec, our application will be valid.
Also, I have heard from Immigration consultants that it is better to shift job to a non-Quebec province before applying thru CEC.
Have anyone applied for CEC being in Quebec and got approved?
