Quebec application and EE

I am also in the similar situation, but I dont see any problem in proceeding with Quebec CSQ and EE. I remember there is a question in EE PR application whether you have the CSQ, this should be NO unless you received it.

So far I know, CSQ is not an application for PR. It is just a certificate for skilled work and experience on Quebec's standard. I believe it is your choice you will apply for PR or not with your CSQ!!!!
