Need some advice regarding launching an administrative review or appealing my case. I applied for CSQ in late 2011. I got an Intention to Reject in August last year due to some missing documentation which i went to great length to gather and submit. However due to no fault of my package arrived a day late in Montreal, and MIDI issued me a rejection letter in January on that basis.
Can i file for administrative review and if that's the case what's the procedure?
Today 03/24/2016 they update the procesing times on the page 4 more months, anyone now if that apply to us that we already send the documents or just for the mon projet quebec applicants?

Greetings! Express Entry stream is entirely different from Quebec Selection Process, hence no relationship among these.
Then, If you get job offer in Quebec, you've gotta withdraw your Express Entry profile from CIC online and start the process of Quebec CSQ on the grounds of Job Offer which escalates the process of PR at Federal Stage too.

Will there be a problem if I select a student visa processing location on the online CAQ form but apply for the student visa at a different location, i.e. my hometown, once I obtain my CAQ by post/electronically?
As the CAQ is sent by post to my home address, will the aforementioned mismatch create issues?

Please call MIDI and ask them about the status of your file. They will most probably say " application is in process ". there is no harm in getting to know whats going on ???
applied for the Quebec Immigration programe and my selection certificate was issued. Now I have a problem because I applied with my wife and three kids STATING WE ARE TRAVELLING TOGETHER.
Now my financial situation have detororiated DRASTICALLY and I am not able to travel with such a large family again. Is there any possiblity I can travel alone and they follow when I must have settled down over there. Or we must travel all at once as stated on the initial application.
Note: The selection certificate was issued individual and they have the same expiry date of up to 2019. SO I was wondering if it was possible to use mine and apply for my visa and later when I am stable in Canada I can now apply for them before the CSQ expires. Please let me know.
