Hey Shahi..

Well..I see it's really very promising plan.

The several years plan made by the Gov. of Quebec was in effect between 2008-2010.

The immigration plan for 2011 will remain aligned with the 2008-2010 objectives, and will continue on the same trends.

With an increased number of CSQ will be delivered in 2011 (up to 45000 only for QSW) [something which is of direct interest to us..applicants], and with Quebec receiving up to 55000 immigrants (74% of them are selected by Quebec)...with all these planned numbers I can't say anything but this is awesomely promising.

I really hope we touch the consequences of this new plan so soon.
I hope we all be part of the 62900 who would receive CSQ in 2011 (if not even before)..and eventually be part of those 55000 (if things went really fast to settle in Quebec in 2011)

I felt optimistic too!!..i wonder why only 5500 quota for asian countries ... But i need only one..lolzz.

@Robinhi5, Can u tell me have u submitted IELTS. And hav u submitted B1 or A2 for french. Its a bit of a mystery. Better check your mail SAPM as well.

I am new to the forum and want your help with my application

I am Sudanese and am plannin' to apply for the CSQ skilled worker here is my information :-

1. Age 23
2. 1 year 3 months experience (1 year Human Resources Officer + 3 Months Business Development Officer).
3. 15 Years of education (B.s.c Business Administration).
4. French Level (Intermediate with Delf B2 2010).
5. English Level (Fluent but have not done any ielts yet but i have a working certificate proves that i have worked in an international environment and the official language of the work was English )
i am also an ACCA student
Please can anyone tell me if i have chance also anyone here from DAMASCUS visa office

I think your biodata looks pretty impressive and particularly suited to Quebec in terms of occupation and language skills. U should do online evaluation on the quebec website. Good luck!!

Hey Shahi..

Don't worry my friend..I am confident that we'll have our share from those 45000.
Well..I even have a premonition that we'll get it even before 2011.

Believe me.

From time to time I think..if this is the wait & burn for the CSQ, which is the first step in the journey..what would be hell of wait afterwards!!
But then I say..I (we) started it..and I (we) will finish it successfully..cause failure is not a word I (we) know.

We'll eventually get it buddy.
