Is it normal for an applicant to receive correspondence advising that their name has been placed on interview wait list since Dec 6th, 2014 and its now April 2, 2015 and still no interview date?

I have a question regarding Federal part of Quebec skilled workers.

Can I submit an upfront medical exam along with my application ? Has anyone ever done that?

I'm not even on waiting list dear.
As of yesterday, someone got a call for 28/may,
so I hink they have stop inviting because the mission here will be ending on 29th.
I just don't know how I feel about all this.

I just heard about it recently.
Marle did and there was no single problem.
