They will not make problems for quebecers for visa to go to federal,
remember,
- all ports are in quebec no exit for ontario /toronto
- electricity from quebec
much more more, canada needs quebec not quebec needs canada
Be careful, federal folks are watching you, Mr. 2nd P.M of Québec, bah eh!!!!!!!!

I posted the link not to read but to listen to the interview, please try to listen and see the PM english too weak.
so guess its so hard to communicate in english, only some areas in montreal you can speak english maybe downtown
yeah, we can find anglophone in montreal only eh. If you go to the inner places like laval, broisbriand, Montérégie etc. you find only francophone and their french is very worst, that's hard to understand for non-francophone or begineer level french folks, bah eh.

Hi everybody,
I got the call for interview at BIQ Paris office but unfortunately I was unable to travel to Paris from London since my Residence Permit for U.K. was expiring soon and I was unable to get Schengen Visa (one of the fundamental requirement for Schengen Visa is to have residence permit for at least 3 months before the date of application).
Hence, I transferred my file to BIQ Hong Kong office. I don't know how will it impact my application? The process will start right from beginning? How long will it take to get another AOR and whether I will be on waiting list for interview?
Any ideas??
This is nothing dear, its the value of taxes quebec pay to federal each year, its just a lie debt

Hi, I am Gias, from Bangladesh. I am new member of this site. I would like to know that, if I apply for Quebec skill worker immigration, do we need to go to Hong Kong for an interview?
Secondly, In Doc. checklist they did not want Generic Application, do I as well as my spouse need to submit ?that?
So anyone know how we would do?

ey brother may I just ask you, as a possible quebecer soon what do you like, a Quebec under Canada or an independent Quebec? why or why not? feels like a job interview question ey. haha

Other question,
At 35 years old and with only a high school diploma GCSE (UK) do I still need to send this as prrof of my education?
Hi Titoualfruk,
I am pretty sure you have to send language tests even if you are a native of a French/English speaking country.

no dear its the truth. here published in government of quebec website the amount of debt in billions.
http://www.finances.gouv.qc.ca/en/page.asp?sectn=36&contn=325
the other website was even an under estimate.
quebec has the highest among the provinces in terms of debt, here check it publlished in government website

Thanks I know it's not yet compulsory so will just send in the application without this for the time being and then of needed will do it later. They don't do the TCF TEF here that often once every two months and then it is nearly impossible to get on the course

Hi Titoualfruk,
It may not be compulsory but if you want to obtain points for Language Proficiency, you have to send your language test results. I, personally would take the tests and send the results because you can obtain upto 22 points for Language, that's a lot.
